NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale and the Final Summary Judgment dated February 4, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-017760, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS6 is Plaintiff, and ROBERT BENTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00pm, on 13th day of March, 2012, in room 202 in the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 3006 JAP TUCKER ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33566.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
