Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Tract 161 of the unrecorded plat of PARKWOOD ACRES SUBDIVISION UNIT TWO, being further described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 1, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, go thence North 89°17'10” West, and along the North line of the aforesaid Section 1, a distance of 425 feet; thence South 00°51'07” West, a distance of 425 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence continue South 00°51'07” West, a distance of 100 feet; thence North 89°17'10” West a distance of 175 feet; thence North 00°51'07” East, a distance of 100 feet; thence South 89°17'10” East, a distance of 175 feet to the Point of Beginning.
