Final Judgment was awarded on September 28, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 11-2008-CA-004104, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1 is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE ALONSO; YENISLEIDYS ALCAIDE; JOSEFINA ALONSO; LAZARO A. ALONSO; MERCEDES ALONSO F/K/A JANE DOE; ISLAND VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON the FIRst Floor OF THE Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 at 11:00 am on March 12, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
