NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000855, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL R. ELLIS; MARIA L. ELLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL R. ELLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA L. ELLIS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence S 89Ëš53'56” W, 15.00 feet to the point of intersection of the West right-of-way line of Girl Scout Road (136th Terrace East) as per OR Book 773, page 355, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and the South right-of-way line of Fortner Road (65th Street East) as per Road Book 8, pages 174 through 177, of said Public Records; thence S 89Ëš37'53” W, along said South right-of-way line, a distance of 180.14 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S 89Ëš37'53” W, along said South right-of-way line, a distance of 160.00 feet thence S 00Ëš14'59” E, 362.64 feet; thence N 89Ëš11'07” E, 160.01 feet; thence N 00Ëš14'59” W, 361.40 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
