NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 010979, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and LEONICIO GUTIERREZ; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEONICIO GUTIERREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY GUTIERREZ; NANCY GUTIERREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3012, LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 14 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
