NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 16 day of February, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-00248-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which LEE A. DUROCHER, JR. KAREN H. DUROCHER, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA, and UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A INA NICULITA, are the Defendants, and ROYAL VILLAS AT CROWN POINTE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of March, 2012, the following real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 202, Building 2, ROYAL VILLAS AT CROWN POINTE, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2371, Page 2599, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
