NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated the 15th day of February, 2012 and a Final Judgment dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-000512, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for ixis real estate capital trust 2006-he-2 mortgage pass through certificates, series 2006-he-2 is Plaintiff, and MAURICIO BENITEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAURICIO BENITEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 am on the 15th day of March, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK 202, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 124 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
