NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-4610-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and RYANN M. ROBB A/K/A RYANN MARIE ROBB, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against RYANN M. ROBB A/K/A RYAN MARIE ROBB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYANN M. ROBB A/K/A RYANN MARIE ROBB; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; THE VILLAS AT MAPLEWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF NAPLES, a Florida corporation; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES INC; MAPLEWOOD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, MAPLEWOOD, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 71 AND 72, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
