NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-04355 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-15 is the Plaintiff and PEDRO CASTRO; and ANA CASTRO; and STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 am on the 15 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, HIGHLAND MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
