NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006573, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-R2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2 is Plaintiff and GUY LAGNESE JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUY LAGNESE JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY A. LAGNESE; MARY A. LAGNESE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; THE MOORINGS OF NAPLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE MOORINGS COUNTRY CLUB OF NAPLES, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK G., THE MOORINGS, UNIT NO. 6, A SUBDIVISION IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
