NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011285 (B), of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2007-4N is Plaintiff and CECIL E. DEBOARD A/K/A CECIL DEBOARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CECIL E. DEBOARD A/K/A CECIL DEBOARD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SABAL HARBOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 360, SABAL HARBOUR, PHASE VIII, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 197 THROUGH 202, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
