NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 08, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-021644 (B) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCE TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AB1, Plaintiff, and MARIA-JULIA B. PEREZ, ALFONSO ERNESTO REVELLO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100372406123783570), LAKE WEEKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2 pm, on the 9th day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1, LAKE WEEKS PHASE 2, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, AT PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
