NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-16906 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein 1ST United Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, and Sandor I. Fagyal, Ezster L. Fagyal, Villages of Bloomingdale Condominium No. 10 Association, Inc., and Villages of Bloomingdale I Homeowners Association, Inc., Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough Clerk of Circuit Court, George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Rooms 202, 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2 o'clock P.M. on the 15 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT 68205, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 10, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS, BOOK 17164, PAGE 1418, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17170, PAGE 586 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17170, PAGE 686 AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 232 THROUGH 235, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS.
