NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-12112-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and RONALD C. HANSON, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 200, VENICE ESTATES SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3141 LAIRD DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34655
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
