NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 13th day of March, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 303, Building 7, a/k/a Building 5174, SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 200545834, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
