NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-013928 Div H, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, EQUITY ONE, INC. AS SERVICER FOR NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC is Plaintiff and JERRY CHRISTMAS A/K/A JERRY J. CHRISTMAS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY CHRISTMAS A/K/A JERRY J. CHRISTMAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMIANTS, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, Room 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33602 at 10:00 a.m., on the 15 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 139.65 FEET OF THE EAST 330 FEET OF THE NORTH 47.28 FEET OF THE SOUTH 567.78 FEET AND THE WEST 118.20 FEET OF THE EAST 330 FEET OF THE NORTH 73.22 FEET OF THE SOUTH 64.10 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
