NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered February 8, 2012, in Case Number 512011 CA 1186 WS, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the property in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 215, HOLIDAY GARDENS UNIT THREE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 95, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with all improvements erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures a part of the property.
