NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 7, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-008789 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-FM2, Plaintiff and Bruce L. Powers a/k/a Bruce Powers and Shane K. Steiding a/k/a Shane Steiding are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on March 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, KEW GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 170, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
