NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005522-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and ASHMEEDA SWEZEY,; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ASHMEEDA SWEZEY; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC., A Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 20, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
