Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
A PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE (P.O.R.) COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT D, BLOCK 7, OF TRACT D, BLOCK 7, OF ORANGE RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 11B
and commonly known as: 7606 Glades Court, Tampa, Florida 33637, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on March 15, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
