NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008477WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RITA D. BACKUS; TROY BACKUS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of March, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, TRINITY WEST PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 115 THROUGH 119, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
