NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016203 NC of the Circuit Court of the twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BAC home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, andrew g. lineberger, et. al., are Defendants, The clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 9AM, on the 12th day of June, 2012, the following described property:
LOTS 22 AND 24, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET AND ALSO LESS THE NORTH 20 feet of lot 22 block 4, golf estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 2, page 131 of the public records of sarasota county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
