NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004019, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and YOLANDA GRIMALDO; MERIDIAN LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1N/K/A DIANA GRIMALDO, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. F IN BUILDING NO. 4 OF MERIDIAN LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16508 PAGES 0023-209 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
