NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-002728 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-9, is the Plaintiff and FE ESPERANZA VARGAS; RAMON R. VARGAS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS DIAZ; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A FIDELINA DIAZ are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 170, VENICE ESTATES SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
