notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 19, 2010 in Civil Case No 09-0005-CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES ACE 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff, and, GLORIA MENDEZ; JORGE PEREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN AND JANE DOE AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 at 11:00 am on March 15, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 99 OF GOLDEN ESTATES UNIT NO 77, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
