NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 20th day of February, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-02677, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JUAN HERNANDEZ and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR 123LOAN, LLC, are the Defendants, and SHERWOOD VI, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of March, 2012, the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 102, Building 54, Sherwood VI, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3231, Pages 2462, et., seq., and subsequent amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Together with the exclusive right to use Parking Garage #G-102, Building 54, according to said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
