NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-015767 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Charleston Place Townhomes Association, Inc., Plaintiff, and Quyen D. Chu, Defendant(s), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, ROOM 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2:00 P.M. on the 16 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, CHARLESTON PLACE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9418 Cooperville Place, Tampa, FL 33626.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
