Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of May, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. through the Courthouse of Sarasota County, Florida at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 31, Block B, Bobcat Trail, Phase 2, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007995-NC, now pending in the Circuit Court in Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
