NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-007922 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and RICHARD O. STOVER, JR.; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK N/K/A CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD O. STOVER, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, AND THE WESTERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK G, MCCLELLAN PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 10 AND 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGES 20 AND 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
