NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 08, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018170 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR FRANKLIN MORTGAGE TRUST 2009-A is the Plaintiff and DAVID MCDANIEL; LORI MCDANIEL; and UNKNOWN TENANTS N/K/A LORI MCDANIEL are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida,, at 10:00 Am on the 4 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
