NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-018595 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, REEVES, KEVIN, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of March, 2012, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO.18247, BUILDING 8, OF EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE,A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15574, PAGES 149 THROUGH 308, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
