NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 13, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2011-CA-000085 NC, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on March 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 2585, 51ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 8, 8A-8GG of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
