Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Second Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 8, 2012, in case number 2011-CA-000909-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Iberiabank, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and John T. Early, III; CC Holdings 2000, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; Manheim Automotive Financial Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation; Colorcars Experienced Automobiles, Inc., a Florida corporation; and Florida Department of Revenue are Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of March, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Southwest corner of the SE1/4 of Section 23, Township 38 South, Range 18 East; thence North 917.00 feet; thence N 01Ëš19'33” W, 905.00 feet; thence S 87Ëš50'32” W, 1,405.10 feet; thence S 26Ëš15'00” E, 176.71 feet; thence S 35Ëš00'00”E, 61.29, thence S 34Ëš02'21” E, 107.59 feet; thence East, 269.09 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence East, 159.29 feet; thence S 00Ëš01'01” W, 176.06 feet; thence N 89Ëš49'51” W, 86.51 feet; thence N 36Ëš04'49” W, 171.10 feet; thence N 36Ëš48'05” E, 46.86 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with ingress and egress easement to Bayshore Road ( a 20' private road) described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of said lands described in Official Records Instrument Number 2001001283, also being a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of said Bayshore Road; thence S 34Ëš02'21” E, along said right-of-way, a distance of 107.59 feet, for a Point of Beginning; thence leaving said right-of-way, East, 269.09 feet, to a point on the West line of said Parcel 4; thence along said West line of Parcel 4, the following two (2) calls: S 36Ëš48'05” W, 46.86 feet; S 36Ëš04'49” E, 68.47 feet; thence leaving said West line of Parcel 4, West, 12.37 feet; thence N 36Ëš04'49” W, 90.16 feet; thence West, 202.36 feet, to the East Right-of-Way line of said Bayshore Road; thence along said right-of-way, N 34Ëš02'21” W, 24.14 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
