Beneva Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232 on March 15th, 2012 at 12:00 pm or thereafter. TERMS: CASH. We reserve the right to reject all bids. A $50 cleaning deposit will be collected at the time of the sale and refunded after all contents of the units have been removed from the property.
