NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-001405 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, L.P., Plaintiff, and, MANUEL MENDOZA, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING ROOM 201/202 2ND FLOOR 800 E. TWIGGS ST TAMPA FL at the hour of 2:00 PM, on the 17 day of May, 2012, the following described property:
THE WEST 72.25 FEET OF LOT 2, AND THE WEST 72.25 OF LOT 3, AND THE NORTH 25.66 FEET OF THE WEST 72.25 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 18, SOUTHLAND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
