NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure Sale dated February 08, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-007594 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 14 day of March, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7 IN BUILDING 14, OF VICTORIA TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4451, PAGE 418, AND THIRD AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4540, PAGE 1561, AND FOURTH AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4576, PAGE 1253, AND PHASING AMENDMENT FOR PHASE III RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4672, PAGE 1737, AND AS FURTHER RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 37, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
