NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13th, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2009-CA-006791 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and LUXURY HOMES & RENTALS, LLC; SOON K. FOONG; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; JANE DOE N/K/A LOIS HERNON, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00am, on the day of March 30th, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK D, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE II, TRACT 3, PHASE 2A AND 2B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
