NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2012, and entered in CASE NO. 09-CA-032483 DIV. F of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and DAVID PROSSER; LORRAINE PROSSER; BELLA HAVEN HOEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC.; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; JANE DOE N/K/A MARIA SANTANA are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, at 10:00 on March 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 8: LOT 3, BLOCK 1, OF BELLA HAVEN DUPLEXES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 50.67 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
