Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2012 and entered in CASE NO: 51-2008-CA-004255 WS/JS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff, and OSCAR B. PENA, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 19, BLOCK 30, MEADOW POINTE III PARCEL “EE” AND “HH”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
