NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated February 6, 2012, and entered in 2008-CA-009025 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OFCWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-79CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-79CB, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT LEWIS HILL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; SADDLE CREEK MANOR TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 166, SADDLE CREEK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
