Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Orders or Final Judgments as to Counts VII and VIII entered in this cause on February 6, 2012, in the County Court of Sarasota County, I will sell the real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
As to Count VII - MAERTZ
An undivided 1/51st interest in and to Condominium Unit 113 and its (their) undivided respective share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with an subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restrictions and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNTIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUMS, SECTION II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1531, Pages 220 thru 300, amended in O.R. Book 1754, Pages 1782 and 1783 recorded February 21, 1985, re-recorded in O.R. Book 1797, Pages 1249 and 1250, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 12 and 12D of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to occupy the aforesaid unit during Unit Weeks 31 and 32.

An undivided 1/51st interest in and to Condominium Unit 117 and its (their) undivided respective share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with an subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restrictions and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNTIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUMS, SECTION II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1531, Pages 220 thru 300, amended in O.R. Book 1754, Pages 1782 and 1783 recorded February 21, 1985, re-recorded in O.R. Book 1797, Pages 1249 and 1250, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 12 and 12D of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
