Beginning at a point that is 360.34 feet West of and 734.69 feet South of the NE corner of said Section 10; thence S 22°48'08” West, a distance of 294.09 feet to the intersection with the Northeasterly line of the plat of Hidden Lakes Club, Phase II, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 24 - 24A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence N 72°21'09” West, along the Northeasterly boundary of the said plat of Hidden Lakes Club, Phase II for the next two calls, a distance of 165.88 feet; thence N 34°13'43” West, a distance of 121.12 feet; thence N 68°37'27” East, a distance of 357.83 feet to the intersection with the centerline of commercial court to a point on a curve to the left, having a radius of 132.50 feet, a central angle of 05°10'50”, a chord bearing of S 35°35'12” East, and a chord length of 11.98 feet; thence along the centerline of commercial court and along the arc of said curve, an arc length of 11.98 to the point of beginning.
