NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-005663 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and ZOILA L. RAMIREZ A/K/A ZOILA LEONARDO RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZOILA L. A/K/A ZOILA LEONARDO RAMIREZ; IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK B, FORD SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THAT PART OF SAID LOT TAKEN BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
