NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-001321, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. INDYMAC VENTURE, LLC, is Plaintiff and MOHAMED S. ABU ELENEN; HEBA ELENEN N/K/A UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MOHAMED S. ABU ELENEN, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. on the 14 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, CYPRESS HEAD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE(S) 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF hILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
