NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-03330 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEES, is Plaintiff, and Alan F. Bornstein, Autumn Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., Wachovia Bank, National Association, successor by Merger to Southtrust, American Express Centurion Bank, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union f/k/a Macdill Federal Credit Union, Harvest Credit Managemenet, VII, LLC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(S) 32, AUTUMN OAKS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 30 THROUGH 33, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
