NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003584 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT W MANCHEE; ROBERT MANCHEE AS CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT WALLACE MANCHEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT W. MANCHEE; DONNA LYNN MANCHEE AS CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT WALLACE MANCHEE; JEAN KING; UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WOODSIDE VILLAGE WEST, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 19 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6, WOODSIDE VILLAGE WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 969, PAGE 1630, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
