NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated the 10 day of February, 2012 and a Final Judgment dated April 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: CACE 29-2010-CA-011319, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTER HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff, and ROBERT CAIRNS A/K/A ROBERT S. CAIRNS; KATERINA D. CAIRNS; SOUTHWIND SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; S & S ELECTRIC CO., INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 in ROOM 201/202, IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, on the 14 day of March, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 1, SOUTHWIND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 189-193, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 11333 Southwind Lake Drive, Gibsonton, FL 33534.
