Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 4, 2010 and entered in CASE NO: 29-2009-023797-DIV C of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RS3, is the Plaintiff, and SAMUEL A. PIMENTEL, ET AL., are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in Room 202, in the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on the 20th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 73, BLOCK 1, TIMBERLANE SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S) 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
