NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008617 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION LLC is Plaintiff and ALL THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARIE A. MATESE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE A. MATESE; NANCY PARKER; DOROTHY BACON; TERRY BACON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ENGLEWOOD ISLES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 51, ENGLEWOOD ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 30, AND REPLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 767, PAGES 667 THROUGH 709, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
