NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 2011-CA-2555-NC, in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of March, 2012, the following described property:
Unit 1510, of THE CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY, TOWER II, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1546, Pages 1511 thru 1592, as amended from time to time, and as per plat recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 33, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with parking Space No. 118 and Locker No. 1510.
